How can I access the Academy content after purchase?
After your purchase, you can either join the Academy via the link sent to your e-mail address.
Or you can go back to the website and click on “My Course” at the top left. There you enter the email you used when purchasing and you will receive a confirmation code by email. After entering the code, you will be logged into your Academy account.
I forgot which e-mail I used when I made the purchase
If you have forgotten which e-mail address you used to buy the Academy and therefore cannot register under “My Course”, don't panic!
Go to the form under “Contact”. Let us know under “Comment” that you don't know which
e-mail address you used for the purchase. You will receive a reply and help as soon as possible.
I am logged in on the profile page, but under “My Course” I am told to log in
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange with our hoster for you to remain permanently logged in to the “My Course” page.
To solve this error, proceed as follows:
1. go to “My Course” and click on log in. You will now be redirected to your profile page where you can see your orders, among other things.
2. on the order page, go to your profile picture at the top right and click on Log out.
3. after you have logged out, go to “My Course” as usual from the start page and click on Log in again. Now that you are logged in, you should be able to log in again.
Log in as usual with your e-mail address and the verification code.
4. go to “My Course” again and you should now be able to join the academy

Is there any other way to log in to the academy than with an e-mail and a confirmation code?
